National Community Focus Tracking

Overview 

Building on a long history of giving back and helping others, the WoodmenLife National Community Focus has been actively fighting hunger in local communities across the country since 2015. 

Use this form to report WoodmenLife-organized volunteer time to fight hunger and WoodmenLife-funded donations to hunger relief organizations. 

Before you begin, don't forget 

• Add notifications@email.submittable.com to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all system communications. 
• Save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
